Zachary D. Warren

Zach has extensive experience in complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including high-impact litigation against prisons, jails, cities, counties, law enforcement agencies, and Fortune 500 companies.

Annika Adams

Annika graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she received the Provost’s Scholarship and Arnold & Porter Civil Rights Endowed Scholarship. During law school, she worked as a student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic for two years litigating a federal civil rights case against Federal Bureau of Prisons officials, co-wrote an amicus brief filed in the Tenth Circuit, and volunteered at the Colorado Bar Association’s Federal Pro Se Clinic. She also worked as a research assistant investigating prison conditions cases filed in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and co-founded the Coalition for Criminal Justice Reform, a student organization aimed at promoting law student participation in issues at the intersection of civil rights and the criminal system. Annika was the Sattler Civil Rights Fellow at the Colorado Lawyers Committee following her first year of law school and interned at Highlands Law Firm following her second year of law school.
